We are an online savings provider, meaning that you will be required to manage your account with us via our website. We offer a comprehensive, searchable Help section on our site that provides information on all aspects of applying and managing an account with us.

However, for any additional enquiries we also have a UK-based support team who are contactable seven days a week (excluding bank holidays) on 0345 266 1231. Our normal opening times are as follows:

Monday - Thursday: 8am – 8pm
Friday: 8am-6:30pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: 10am-4pm
